About The Position

Telehealth Family or Internal Medicine Physician - New York Job#16759891 Join a forward-thinking primary care network offering convenient Family and Internal Medicine care with providers benefiting from adaptable hours in a team-oriented, patient-focused setting. Perform assessments, identifying and treating acute/chronic illnesses, issuing prescriptions, requesting diagnostic tests/imaging, and delivering telehealth consultations for varied patient groups, accommodating full-time or part-time with at least 2 weekends per month (Saturday or Sunday) alongside a 12-hour weekly commitment.

Requirements

• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• 5 + years of clinical experience , including 2+ years in telehealth
• Ability to work at least 15 hours per week , including 2 weekends per month
• Strong interest in next-generation digital health and mission-driven care
• P roficiency in electronic medical records and telemedicine platforms
• Strong diagnostic skills for adult and pediatric populations
• Active state physician license and DEA registration
