About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading a multi‑disciplinary marketing organization (brand, digital, creative, media, and communications).
  • Experience managing cross‑functional teams, external vendors, and agency partners.
  • Experience overseeing community partnerships and brand‑building initiatives.
  • Experience with marketing‑automation systems, CRM platforms, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated success driving growth strategIies.
  • Expertise in strategic marketing leadership, brand development, and multi‑channel campaign planning.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, paid media, SEO, and analytics.
  • Ability to interpret data, set KPIs, and drive informed decision‑making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, executives, and practice leaders.
  • Deep understanding of client experience principles and reputation management.
  • Experience scaling marketing operations and building repeatable processes in a growing organization.
  • Strong project‑management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute at scale.
  • Ability to ensure all marketing efforts comply with legal advertising ethics and regulatory guidelines.
  • Familiarity with legal‑industry advertising rules (e.g., ABA and state bar guidelines).
