Many lawyers are exceptional legal professionals but have never been taught how to lead, market, or scale a business. Our mission is to help law firm owners implement the systems, strategy, and leadership needed to grow their firms into highly successful businesses. We specifically work with firms that are scaling toward and through the $10M–$30M revenue stage, where marketing systems, data-driven decision making, and leadership discipline become critical. We are seeking an experienced Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who has helped businesses successfully scale from $10M to $30M in revenue and can guide our clients through that same growth journey. As a Fractional CMO, you will work directly with law firm owners to diagnose marketing challenges, design direct-response strategies, and ensure execution through coaching and accountability. You will combine strategic marketing leadership, analytical thinking, and business coaching to help attorneys transform their marketing from guesswork into predictable growth systems capable of supporting firms scaling from $10M to $30M in annual revenue. This is not a traditional in-house CMO role. Instead, you will serve as a strategic advisor across multiple law firms, helping owners develop clear marketing strategies, evaluate vendors, and implement systems that drive measurable growth. Most work will take place remotely via video meetings, where you will build trusted relationships with firm owners and influence outcomes through clear communication, insight, and leadership.
