Requirements
- Proven experience as CMO / Head of Marketing or similar role in B2B or IT services
- Strong expertise in lead generation and demand generation
- Experience working with international markets
- Data-driven mindset and ability to make strategic decisions
- Hands-on approach with both strategy and execution
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluent English
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy
- Build and optimize B2B lead generation (IT services focus)
- Own brand positioning and awareness in international markets
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis
- Launch and manage marketing channels (digital, content, outbound, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve the funnel and conversion
- Build and manage internal teams and external vendors
