As we continue to expand our footprint and accelerate growth, Mosaic is searching for an innovative, strategic, and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to elevate our brand, strengthen our market presence, and drive enterprise‑wide marketing excellence. Better Together! This position is on‑site at our main office in Cameron, Wisconsin. The Chief Marketing Officer is a key executive leader responsible for shaping Mosaic’s brand, driving enterprise‑wide marketing strategy, and supporting growth across all product and service lines. This role oversees all marketing functions—including brand, digital, product marketing, communications, and demand generation—while collaborating across the organization to position Mosaic as an industry leader. The CMO will guide strategy, inspire teams, and ensure Mosaic’s products and services are effectively represented in the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field. MBA or master’s degree preferred.
  • 15–20+ years of progressive marketing, sales, or product leadership experience; telecom, broadband, ISP, MSP, or technology industry experience preferred.
  • 10+ years of executive or senior marketing leadership experience.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, brand development, product marketing, and customer lifecycle strategy.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms, and standard office software.
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to pass pre‑employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute Mosaic’s organization‑wide marketing strategy to support revenue goals and long‑term vision.
  • Brand Leadership: Drive the evolution of Mosaic’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Go‑to‑Market Excellence: Partner with the Director of Marketing & Product to design and execute high‑impact go‑to‑market strategies for new products, services, and features.
  • Digital Innovation: Oversee digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, paid media, email automation, analytics, and website optimization.
  • Customer Growth: Lead customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing strategies to support growth and product adoption.
  • Market Insights: Oversee market research to evaluate customer needs, trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Team Leadership: Provide executive leadership, coaching, and development to the marketing team.
  • Performance & Analytics: Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures to track performance and marketing ROI.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments across the organization to align strategies, initiatives, and customer experience.
