Harbor Health also operates two Programs for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly in Mattapan and Brockton, providing comprehensive healthcare, transportation and social services for more than 580 frail elders who continue to live with dignity and independence in the community and a Woman, Infants and Children (WIC) Nutrition Program. We are currently seeking a Chief Information Officer to join our Leadership Team. Role: The Chief Information Officer (CIO) reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and serves as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team at Harbor Health. The CIO provides enterprise-wide strategic and operational leadership for information technology, data, and digital transformation initiatives. The CIO is responsible for aligning technology strategy with Health Health's mission, clinical operations, regulatory obligations, and long-term growth objectives, including executive oversight of information security, data protection, and technology-related risk. This role ensures the secure, reliable, and cost-effective delivery of IT services that support patient care, business operations, and future organizational expansion. A critical objective of this position is to strengthen and unify the IT organization into a coordinated, high-performing function that delivers measurable business value, operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and appropriate cybersecurity protections in support of Harbor Health's patients, providers, and staff.
