The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is a key member of the executive leadership team and serves as the strategic partner to the CEO in shaping a high‑performing, mission‑driven workforce across a complex academic medical system. The CHRO provides vision and leadership for all human capital functions, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, organizational development, total rewards, employee experience, employee and labor relations, HR operations, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development. The CHRO ensures HR strategies support the organization’s academic, clinical, and community missions while promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability. Note: The office is located in South Burlington, VT and on-site presence is an expectation. This role requires that one live and work in (or relocate to) the region we serve: Vermont/Northern New York.
