As our CHRO, you’ll oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. You will design and execute forward‑thinking HR strategies that align with organizational goals, ensure compliance with employment and labor regulations, and foster a culture rooted in safety, accountability, and engagement. In addition to the CHRO, the HR Department includes a Director of HR, two HR Generalists, and an HR Assistant. Your leadership will play a critical role in strengthening workforce stability, enhancing operational effectiveness, and driving lasting organizational success.
