About The Position

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior executive role at a company that is at a pivotal inflection point in our global growth journey. This role is built for an executive who excels at accelerating growth from a strong foundation—scaling revenue by deepening platform adoption, expanding strategic accounts, and building repeatable GTM motions that unlock new markets and clients over time. As Chief Growth Officer, you will lead TMT Insights’ sales and business development organization, with primary responsibility for accelerating growth across the Americas while partnering closely with EMEA leadership to ensure global alignment. Based in the U.S., you will report directly to the COO and serve as a member of the executive leadership team. You will define and execute TMT’s growth strategy with direct accountability for accelerating revenue, increasing platform adoption, and building scalable, repeatable go-to-market motions that drive sustained growth. Working cross-functionally within the organization you will help shape TMT’s offerings and position the company for accelerated expansion and long-term scale. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the media & entertainment landscape, particularly content production, post-production, distribution, digital supply chain modernization, cloud technology, and large-scale transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading revenue growth, sales and business development organizations within media & entertainment, media technology, or cloud-enabled professional services environments.
  • Deep understanding of content production, post-production, distribution, digital media supply chains, SaaS platforms, and cloud transformation initiatives.
  • A demonstrated track record of building and scaling revenue, partnerships, and trusted executive-level client relationships.
  • Experience guiding clients through large-scale, complex transformations.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment, with the judgment to shape strategy while being directly responsible for execution
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to inspire, align and earn trust across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • A collaborative, optimistic leadership style grounded in accountability, sound decision-making and paired with a bias for action.
  • Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for helping organizations modernize, evolve and navigate change.
