The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for the strategic oversight and management of all financial operations of JFEDSNJ and its affiliated entities. The CFO ensures the integrity of financial reporting, oversees budgeting and forecasting processes, and implements sound financial strategies that support long-term organizational sustainability. This role also provides leadership to the finance department, supervises financial support staff, ensures compliance with regulatory and donor requirements, and partners with the CEO and the executive leadership to drive informed, mission-aligned decision-making. The CFO plays a critical role in safeguarding the organization’s assets and strengthening its ability to serve the Jewish community effectively and responsibly.
