About The Position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Gillespie Group is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial functions to ensure the company's fiscal health and support its strategic growth. This role leads to the development and execution of corporate and financial strategies, manages financial reporting, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards. Gillespie Group requires background checks and drug screening as a condition of employment. A valid driving license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance are required. The position requires individuals to furnish their own vehicle to fulfill all the job’s functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (MBS or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in real estate development or a related industry.
