About The Position
Graceland Portable Buildings is a vertically integrated manufacturer and national distributor of portable structures, serving customers through a powerful dealer network and direct-to-consumer channels. Unlike most companies, Graceland controls the entire value chain: manufacturing, logistics, retail sales, and rent-to-own financing; creating a complex and dynamic business environment. As the company continues to grow and evolve, we are seeking an experienced, strategic, and operationally strong Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, responsible for the financial leadership, integrity, and long-term financial health of the organization. This role requires a highly experienced financial executive capable of managing a multi-entity, vertically integrated business that spans manufacturing, distribution, retail, rent-to-own and consumer financing. The ideal candidate brings deep accounting expertise, capital management, debt/equity financing, proven executive leadership, and the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a complex operating environment. This is not a developmental CFO role. We are seeking a seasoned executive with a demonstrated track record leading finance in a sophisticated, multi-division organization. Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Prior CFO or senior finance executive role in a complex operating company
- Strong technical accounting foundation
- Experience overseeing multi-division or vertically integrated operations (manufacturing, distribution, retail, or financing)
- Proven leadership managing sizable finance and accounting teams
- Experience with audits, internal controls, and financial governance
- Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
