About The Position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for steering the financial strategy and health of a manufacturing organization. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven expertise in financial governance, audit regulation compliance, and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, financial modeling, and organizational performance measurement.
• Strong executive presence with experience leading high-performing finance teams and collaborating with senior leadership.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
• Experience with advanced financial systems and ERP software used in manufacturing environments.
• Track record of successfully managing financial transformations or cost optimization programs.
• Familiarity with international financial regulations and multi-site manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of financial strategies that support the company’s growth and profitability objectives.

• Provide executive leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and board on financial matters, including capital structure, investment opportunities, and market trends.
