About The Position

Clampco is a leading manufacturer of heavy‑duty stainless‑steel V‑band, T‑bolt band clamps, and strap assemblies, supplying products to over 40 markets—from agriculture and filtration to commercial vehicle and aerospace & defense industries. We’re looking for a strategic and people‑focused Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations and strengthen our employee‑ownership culture as an ESOP. As a key partner to the CEO, senior leadership, and Board, you will guide long‑term planning, drive financial performance, and support sustainable growth and long-term employee shareholder value.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years’ experience leading or managing financial department operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Strong cost accounting foundation, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, tax oversight, and financial analysis/modeling
  • Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to translate financial concepts across all levels
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and strategic decision-making capability
  • Experience with risk management and internal control environments
  • Experience with ERP/MRP/MES systems and manufacturing systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and standard business software tools

  • Understanding of current and emerging financial and operational technologies

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial strategy, annual budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning
  • Prepare and present financial and operational performance to executive staff monthly; quarterly to Board.
  • Present financial results to key internal and external stakeholders
  • Advise executive leadership with clear financial insights and reporting
  • Direct cash flow, capital structure, investments, and risk management
  • Collaborate with banks, auditors, advisors and other third-party agencies where appropriate for continuous improvement
  • Oversee all functions of finance and accounting team to include month‑end close, financial statements and analytics
  • Lead and develop accounting/ finance department ensuring consistent feedback as a high‑performing team under our feedback culture
  • Ensure strong internal controls and compliance
  • Champion employee‑owner value and financial transparency
  • Lead ESOP administration, including valuation and repurchase obligation planning
  • Collaborate with valuation firm on performance, forecasts and projections
  • Ensure compliance with ESOP and S‑Corp fiduciary standards
  • Translate valuation insights for leaders and employee‑owners
  • Partner with trustees, administrators, and legal counsel
  • Support financial literacy and ownership‑culture initiatives impacting employee ownership
