Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation seeks a strategic, mission-driven leader to serve as its chief financial and operations officer. This role offers the chance to advance a leading coastal conservation organization, stewarding 2,100+ acres and a renowned Marine Laboratory. With $55 million in assets and $12 million in annual revenue, SCCF is positioned for growth and modernization. Reporting to the CEO, the CFO/COO oversees finance, accounting, risk and compliance, while leading operations across HR, IT, facilities and administration. Ideal candidates bring accrual-based systems expertise, strong communication skills, and a collaborative leadership style. Nonprofit experience is preferred; a bachelor's degree is required, MBA or CPA desirable. This on-site role offers hybrid flexibility.
