Requirements

  • Current SECRET clearance
  • Licensed professional engineer in MD, VA, or DC
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience managing facilities similar in size and complexity (1,000,000+ sq. ft.)
  • Expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and energy conservation measures
  • Familiarity with Department of Defense regulations and local codes/standards
  • Your schedule is full-time, requiring you to be physically on-site for a minimum of 8 hours per day, Monday–Friday, between 0700–1700 hours.

Nice To Haves

  • At least three years of experience with facilities of equal or greater complexity is preferred.
