To provide effective cost controls within the department. Ensure aggressive guest first approach among team members and provide a friendly guest contact experience. Maintain a professional and ethical image for the Maintenance Department. Lead the Safety and Security effort at the property. Provide needed input in development of and provide supervision of capital projects. Qualifications: Chief Engineer experience in a hotel preferred or Chief Engineer of a commercial building including specific experience in preventative maintenance program Journey person experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing or HVAC trade Knowledge and experience in budgeting and expense control. Strong interpersonal/leadership skills, professional caring approach towards employees. "Do it now" approach. Requirements

Chief Engineer experience in a hotel preferred or Chief Engineer of a commercial building including specific experience in preventative maintenance program
