About The Position

The Brand-New Hyatt Place Post Falls is currently interviewing for these positions! Breakfast Hosts: The primary purpose of this position is to serve food and beverages to our guests in an efficient and friendly manner to ensure guests satisfaction. Handle food and alcohol in accordance with state and local policies and health standards. Communicate effectively with guests to offer suggestions and complete special requests. This position would be responsible for setting up, maintaining and breaking down the breakfast buffet and for maintaining the dining area. Guest Service Representatives: The primary purpose of this position is to ensure guest satisfaction through check‐in, check‐out and the coordination of hotel services. Responds to guest reservations, answers telephones and responds appropriately to requests, and handles any guest compliments or complaints and takes action deemed necessary. This 151 - room hotel is going to lead us into the next generation of hospitality. We are excited to give our guests a better experience than ever before. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Prior experience in hotel or hospitality preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve food and beverages to our guests in an efficient and friendly manner to ensure guests satisfaction

  • Communicate effectively with guests to offer suggestions and complete special requests
  • Setting up, maintaining and breaking down the breakfast buffet
