About The Position

Qualifications: Hold a Black Seal License (Low Pressure). Commercial air conditioning experience required, refrigeration license (Blue Seal) preferred. Have a High School diploma or equivalent training experience. Have supervisory ability Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in plant operation and maintenance; cleaning methods and procedures; repairs; security; heating and ventilation Have demonstrated knowledge of fire/safety laws Hold and maintain a valid driver's license with no serious violations Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative Exhibit a personality that demonstrates interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents, and the community.
