About The Position
An established healthcare facility near Wichita, Kansas, is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to help lead their growing team! Chief Compliance Officer Opportunity: Full-time, permanent position Schedule: 40 hours a week with flexible scheduling As a core leader within the center, the Chief Compliance Officer would help in shaping a culture rooted in accountability, innovation, person-centered care, and ongoing quality improvement Delivering consistent executive leadership across all Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) departments to ensure seamless integration of operational functions Chief Compliance Officer will be at the forefront of ensuring the facility is adhering to the requirements set forth be the CCBHC The Location: Housing costs are well below national averages, and most places in town are just minutes apart Friendly neighbors, safe streets, and long-standing local traditions that bring people together Well-kept parks, good schools, a historic opera house, and easy access to outdoor activities balance small-town charm with everyday convenience A strong sense of community pride, with festivals, parades, and local events that turn everyday weekends into something special
Requirements
- Chief Compliance Officer must have at minimum a master's degree in behavioral health, healthcare administration, social sciences, public health, or related field
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in a clinical healthcare or non-profit executive position
- Must be familiar with: CCBHC requirements, clinical operations, and budgeting at a high level
