The Role Reporting to the company ownership team and Integrity Committee, the CCO acts as an independent officer ensuring the organization's adherence to legal standards and ethical norms. The CCO is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive compliance and ethics program that ensures adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing skilled nursing and long-term care operations. The role partners with executive leadership, clinical leadership, HR, legal counsel, and operations to promote a culture of compliance, integrity, and accountability.
