About the Role: As our CCO, you will be one of the most senior leaders within Savanta, critical to our growth and transformation into a market-leading player in the industry. You will design and execute a commercial strategy to drive growth, own our global revenue target, and ensure we meet key financial metrics. Responsible for leading and developing a high performing global sales team based in London, EMEA and the Americas, you will need to combine in-depth industry insight and innovative sales practices to expand Savanta’s market presence. A key focus is strategically growing and nurturing our blue-chip client accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and higher value work, notably in terms of working with C-Suite teams. In addition to key account management, you will be responsible for implementing and managing various sales approaches, such as regional, field, and inside sales teams. Through vision and collaboration, the Chief Commercial Officer will transform a robust foundation by identifying and growing new opportunities beyond core legacy operations into a leading-edge tech and product-first proposition within the industry. The role requires significant travel, with up to 50% of your time spent traveling, primarily on the East Coast of the US and to the London/NY office.
