About The Position

Prototek is seeking an accomplished Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our commercial strategy and drive scalable revenue growth. As a key member of the executive team, you will oversee all aspects of revenue generation, customer engagement, sales leadership, pricing strategy, and performance reporting. This is a high-impact role for a results-oriented commercial leader with a proven track record in B2B manufacturing environments.

  • Proven B2B commercial leadership and sales growth success
  • Industry experience: Aerospace, Defense, Medical, Industrial, or Electronics
  • Success leading and developing large teams
  • Experience with digital and AI-driven commercial sales platforms

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation: Build and execute growth strategies across direct and digital channels.
  • Customer Acquisition & Retention: Strengthen customer relationships and enhance satisfaction.
  • Sales & Marketing Leadership: Lead and develop high-performing commercial teams.
  • Pricing, Quoting & Estimating: Oversee RFQ operations, pricing strategy, and win-rate performance.
  • Performance Measurement & Reporting: Maintain robust CRM discipline, KPIs, analytics, and executive reporting.
