The Chief of Autonomous Haulage Programs is responsible for the end-to-end leadership of the autonomous haulage program at the site. This includes operational integration, system performance, and long-term program sustainability. The role governs the autonomous operating system, encompassing people, technology, processes, and partners, to ensure safe, reliable, and aligned operations with mine plans and the corporate autonomous strategy. This position provides disciplined program leadership, leads autonomous safety and risk management, drives cross-functional integration, establishes and monitors KPIs, and leads, coaches, and develops supervisors and technical leaders. Additionally, the Chief manages program evolution and change management for system upgrades and operating model changes.
