About The Position

Chief Automation & Information Officer (CAIO) to lead our transition from a traditional BPO to an AI-augmented "Automation Engine."
The Role in Brief:
Move toward an "Augmentation" model—using GenAI, RPA, and IDP to automate repetitive tasks while our talent handles high-value decisions.
Infrastructure: Global oversight of IT and security (SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA) across PH, Belize, and beyond.
Strategic Growth: Productizing our BPO services and acting as the technical face for high-level client solutioning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of executive tech leadership with deep BPO domain expertise. (All-around IT)
• Hands-on mastery of enterprise automation (UiPath, LLMs, GenAI). (Minimum of 5 years experience)
• A builder with an "Extreme Ownership" mindset who thrives in high-growth, remote environments.
• Experience in a BPO start-up environment
