About The Position

Chief Advancement Officer Excelsior Wellness Spokane, WA Design and lead Excelsior Wellness's first comprehensive advancement program, building a scalable fundraising enterprise to support transformational growth and a $125 million capital campaign. In partnership with Lindauer, Excelsior Wellness is seeking a Chief Advancement Officer to build and lead its advancement function from the ground up. In this inaugural role, the CAO will establish the systems, strategies, and donor relationships necessary to support both immediate capital priorities and long-term growth. With an ambitious capital development strategy, including the creation of a 35-acre Wellness Village, this is a unique opportunity to head a fundraising enterprise that will shape the future of community-centered healthcare. Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the advancement team while establishing a scalable fundraising infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand major, principal, and planned giving.
  • Cultivate and steward top donor and institutional funder relationships.
  • Partner with the President/CEO and Board on capital campaign planning and execution.
  • Integrate philanthropy into organizational communications and engagement efforts.
