The Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) is a senior executive responsible for the strategic leadership and direction of all accounting and financial reporting functions. This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial information for internal and external stakeholders, including the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other regulatory bodies. The successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership ability, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. This individual will be a sophisticated and hands-on leader, who is committed to excellence and who will also support and contribute to an environment of continuous improvement. The Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and works in close partnership with executive leadership to support company-wide strategic objectives.
