Requirements

  • Prior dealership or automotive service experience preferred (Chevrolet or GM experience a plus)
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and administrative accuracy
  • Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance
  • Must be drug-free, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and pass a background check

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming and high-quality experience
  • Perform vehicle walk-arounds and review recommended maintenance or repairs
  • Create accurate repair orders and obtain all necessary customer and vehicle information
  • Communicate service updates and educate customers on vehicle care and manufacturer recommendations
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty
