Employee discounts on parts, services, and vehicle purchases Ongoing manufacturer training and certification opportunities A professional, team-oriented workplace culture Responsibilities Perform oil and filter changes, fluid level checks, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer standards Conduct comprehensive multi-point vehicle inspections to ensure safety and performance Accurately document findings and services performed using dealership software systems Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate effectively with team members and customers Follow all safety protocols and guidelines Valid driver's license Willingness to learn and grow in the role Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions INDSJBR QualificationsC Level Technician Qualifications Minimum 1-year previous experience working in a similar role at a dealership preferred Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair Possess a positive attitude and the willingness to come to work every day Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills High School diploma or equivalent All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening. Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year previous experience working in a similar role at a dealership preferred
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
