Paid Time Off & Holidays Employee Discount Program Responsibilities: You will be responsible for greeting customers as they enter the dealership and directing them where they need to go Assist customers in selecting the ideal KIA vehicle to match their needs Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance Build strong relationships through customer service and follow-ups Collaborate with management to finalize sales and ensure customer satisfaction Stay up-to-date on the latest KIA models, promotions, and financing options Exceed sales goals and earn rewarding commission while doing what you love INDSJBR Qualifications 1 + year experience of automotive, retail, or customer service experience Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Basic computer and math skills High school diploma or equivalent Clean driving record Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening. Requirements
- 1 + year experience of automotive, retail, or customer service experience
