About The Position

ProSidian Seeks a Chemist (Level 3) - Aerospace Medical Research (AMR4) headquartered near CONUS - Oklahoma City, OK to support requirements for Aerospace and Defense Sector Clients. This CONUS - Oklahoma City, OK | Chemist (Level 3) - Aerospace Medical Research (AMR4) Contract Contingent position currently best aligns with the Chemist (Level 3) Labor Category. Ideal candidates exhibit the ability to visualize, analyze, and convert data and experiences to meet performance challenges while confidently engaging in productive “Jugaad” and dialogue targeting mission success. ProSidian Team Members work to provide Gov't. - Federal (USA) Sector related Human Capital Solutions for Aerospace Medical Research and Technical Support Services on behalf of The Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI). Chemist (Level 3) - Aerospace Medical Research (AMR4) Candidates shall work to support requirements for (Aerospace Medical Research Services) and shall work as part of a team in support of Aerospace Medical Research efforts. The candidate will complete tasks and activities contributing to deliverables and core mission functions in the Aerospace Medical Research space. Must be able to perform the following tasks as required by the CAMI Forensic Sciences Section: - Operate and perform quality assurance review of case data from toxicological analyses including Gas Chromatography/ Mass Spectrometry, High Performance Liquid Chromatography/ Mass Spectrometry, UV/VIS Spectrophotometry, Immunoassay. - Participate in the quality assurance review of forensic toxicology cases. - Contribute in the Quality Assurance\Quality Control functions for the Laboratory and participate in the Laboratory’s accreditation process. - Assist in writing the Laboratory’s Standard Operating Procedures - Perform statistical analysis of laboratory data. - Perform independent unsupervised research in data analysis, drug trends, and drug identification. #TechnicalCrossCuttingJobs #AerospaceMedicalResearch #Jugaad #AerospaceMedical

Requirements

  • Education: M.S. degree or higher in Chemistry, Forensic Science or related field from an accredited university.
  • Experience: 5 years of related experience with an M.S. degree, 1 years related experience with a Ph.D. degree.
  • U.S. Citizenship Required - You must be a United States Citizen
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (This employer participates in the e-Verify program)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
  • All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a “Facility Access Authorization” (also referred to as an “Employment Authorization”) by the USG’s designated Security Office.
  • May be required to complete a Financial Disclosure Statement
  • Must be able to submit to and qualify for varying levels of background investigative requirements, up to a Top Secret or DOE "Q" clearance.

Responsibilities
