As a member of MiniMed’s Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) Sensor R&D Chemistry team, this Analytical Chemist II will support the development of next generation CGM products. We are looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in analytical chemistry and hands-on laboratory experience supporting chemical and material characterization in research, development or regulated laboratory environments. This role will support analytical and bioanalytical testing, method execution, troubleshooting, and data interpretation for materials, formulations, intermediates, and related components including formulations containing enzyme/protein used in CGM device development. The ideal candidate will bring direct experience with chromatography- and spectroscopy-based methods such as HPLC, LC-MS, FTIR, UV-VIS along with strong laboratory documentation and instrument maintenance skills. Experience with biochemical assays (enzyme activity assays or related) as well as polymer and materials characterization techniques such as GPC, viscometry, rheology, DMA, TGA, or DSC is highly desirable.
