About The Position

We are looking for a talented Chemical Systems Modeling Technical Specialist to
join our team specializing in Engineering for Cummins Inc. in Indianapolis, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: 

Lead smaller-scale projects or take ownership of complex components and
systems, driving results in ambiguous technical environments with full
accountability to project objectives. 
Execute established and emerging engineering processes independently while
actively building deeper product and technology expertise. 
Champion the development, improvement, and standardization of work processes
and systems across the functional discipline to enhance quality and
efficiency. 
Coordinate and guide the work of technicians and student engineers,
supporting knowledge transfer and fostering skill development among less
experienced team members. 
Influence technical direction by providing expert support, insight, and
guidance to project teams while advancing proficiency in key competency
areas. 
Serve as a recognized specialist within your discipline or product area,
contributing deep technical expertise that strengthens team performance and
decision-making.
