Polished interpersonal skills and a team-first approach. About a year (preferred) in quality-oriented or data entry roles such as packaging, laboratory testing, logistics, customer service, or medical. Foundational knowledge of QA principles and practices. Solid basic math skills and strong observational ability. Comfort consulting others to quickly resolve issues and shifting smoothly with changing priorities. Proficiency with common computer applications. A courteous, professional demeanor that reflects the company well. When and how you’ll work Role type: Individual contributor (no direct reports). Hours: Monday–Friday, 4:00 pm–12:00 am. Training: First 1–2 months on first shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm. Where you’ll do it Mostly indoors in a temperature-controlled lab, with movement through plant areas of varying temperatures and humidity. PPE is provided and required. Expect occasional exposure to noise, dust, vapor, and fumes as part of normal production. Requirements
