Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive professional to support our Chemicals consulting practice. This role combines executive-level administrative support with client-facing and business development responsibilities. You will enable our consulting team to operate efficiently, support business development initiatives, and help maintain strong client relationships, while ensuring consistency in delivery tools, processes, and intellectual property across engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; Chemicals or Engineering background preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in consulting support, project coordination, or similar role; PE or management consulting exposure preferred.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), collaboration tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Professional presence with experience supporting and representing senior leadership
  • Must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience supporting proposals, pitches, and structured business development processes.
  • Familiarity with Chemicals industry, consulting delivery models, or investment environments.
  • Experience working with marketing teams on campaigns, content, and event execution.
  • Spanish language proficiency (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research (including leveraging AI tools) on potential Chemicals clients and portfolio companies.
  • Coordinate proposal development end-to-end, including drafting, editing, formatting, and submission of proposals, pitch decks, and Statements of Work (SoWs).
  • Maintain and continuously improve proposal templates, credentials, and sales enablement materials.
  • Manage RFP processes, submission timelines, and internal coordination across stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with consulting teams to ensure proposals reflect client needs, EFESO capabilities, and a consistent, high-quality standard.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients on administrative and logistical matters.
  • Attend client meetings as needed, capturing notes, actions, and ensuring follow-through.
  • Support client onboarding, executive kick-offs, workshops, and post-engagement reporting.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to develop client-facing materials and thought leadership content.
  • Ensure all external communications align with brand standards and messaging.
  • Support the planning and execution of client events, webinars, and workshops.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and complex travel logistics for multi-site client engagements.
  • Support project setup, including scheduling, workshop coordination, and document management.
  • Prepare and organize internal and client-facing materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Track purchase orders (POs), invoice schedules, and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely processing.
  • Coordinate team communications and ensure timely execution of operational priorities.
  • Manage Chemicals team safety training and site entry requirements (e.g., Basic+, site-specific certifications).
  • Maintain and coordinate Standard Work IP, ensuring consistency and accessibility across projects.
  • Maintain pipeline trackers, engagement trackers, and internal knowledge libraries.
  • Support internal reporting and dashboards to track business development and project performance.
  • Coordinate team activities and ensure alignment across multiple concurrent workstreams.
