Our Material Handler mixes and packages Company products. Maintains inventory levels and assists in shipping and receiving products and materials in the warehouse/tank farm.

Requirements

Ability to operate an industrial powered lift truck or forklift according to company procedures and governmental regulations
Ability to use and maintain respiratory protection equipment
Ability to learn proper methods for handling hazardous materials and wastes, with training
Physical ability to lift and carry at least 50 lb. net bags for short distances
Ability to read, write, count, understand, and speak English
Test negative on the company’s drug tests

Responsibilities

Performs general warehouse tasks including loading/unloading trucks, shipping/receiving, and facility upkeep.
Handles hazardous materials and waste: receives, stores, manages, and prepares shipments in compliance with regulations.
Operates equipment such as forklifts and performs product blending and packaging.
Participates in emergency response efforts and adheres to company safety and quality standards.
Supports resolution of product quality issues and completes all assigned duties per company policies.
