About The Position

Join a Team Where People Matter At Hydrite, we’re family-driven, financially strong, and growing. If you love solving problems and take pride in safe, high-quality work, you’ll thrive here. A Night in the Life Your shift begins at 8:00 PM. Before the first batch, you suit up in the prescribed PPE and review the Production Worksheet and batch record. You inspect every container inside and out, verify raw materials and order of addition, and ensure reactors are cleaned and documented per GMP SOPs. Through the night, you manufacture liquid products, filter to meet quality specs, and package into non-bulk containers. You’ll move between loading and unloading tank trucks and railcars (following the respective SOPs), performing tote cleaning, and logging activity in the Prism tote tracking system. Each batch demands focus: confirm paperwork, maintain the filter log, complete weekly area inspections and checklists, and keep the production floor clean and safe. If you spot equipment that needs attention, you submit a Maximo service request. Along the way, you stay current on training—reviewing Catalyst weekly, attending required sessions, and supporting Emergency Response Team, RCRA, regulatory, and health & safety training. Above all, you uphold Hydrite’s Standard of Excellence in everything you do. Schedule Monday–Thursday, 8:00 PM–6:30 AM CST Training on 1st shift for approximately 2–4 months; you’ll still receive the shift premium during training
