About The Position
SUMMARY: To assist the professional personnel by performing routine functions of patient care and support. Assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Charge Nurse. Adheres to the professional standards of NYS OASAS
Requirements
- High School Diploma/Equivalent.
Responsibilities
- (50%) Supervise patients, including coordination of activities, meals and ADL’s.
- (25%) Clerical functions and ordering.
- (15%) Transport urines, register patients, accompany patients to appointments.
- (10%) Documentation - On-the-job orientation and in-services provided
