About The Position

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors , is actively hiring for a Chemical Cleaning Technician II to join our elite safety-driven team. This role is ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and ready to work in a hands-on, physically demanding industrial environment. This technician position involves operating specialized cleaning equipment, supporting turnaround and maintenance projects, and working in confined spaces, elevated areas, and near various types of equipment under strict safety protocols. Responsibilities

  • Report to work fit and ready for duty
  • Operate and set up specialized cleaning equipment, including pumps, hoses, and circulators, following schematics and operational procedures
  • Inspect and monitor all equipment during operation to ensure proper function and safety
  • Wear and maintain appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Follow strict safety policies, procedures, and permit requirements
  • Work in physically demanding environments, including hot, cold, noisy, and hazardous conditions
  • Perform basic preventive maintenance and support equipment repairs
  • Assist with the installation, inspection, and replacement of mechanical components such as valves, gaskets, and piping systems
  • Communicate any safety concerns or issues with equipment to supervisors immediately
