Responsible for the total preparation and coordination of all foods for patients, hospital staff, visitors and special functions. Monitors and train cooks as needed. Requirements

  • National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority
  • National ServSafe Manager Certification - National Restaurant Association
  • 2 years formal experience and/or training in quantity food preparation to include basic preparation, sanitation, estimating quantities of foods needed, weights and measures and adjusting recipes for various quantities and equipment.
