A Molly Moon’s Chef is responsible for all aspects of running a clean, fun, and efficient kitchen including production, hiring and training, performance management, ensuring quality and safe food handling, researching and developing new flavors in collaboration with the Head Chef, and reviewing and managing their shop’s financial performance. Kitchen production experience and management are required for this position. The Chef is responsible for partnering with their Shop Manager to meet their shop’s financial, cultural and food safety standards. The Chef reports to the Head Chef and leads their kitchen team in the execution of Molly Moon’s mission to make the world better, one scoop at a time, as a multigenerational community gathering place where ice cream, sustainability, and happiness are at the core of all we do.
