About The Position

The chef supervisor is crucial to the success as we move towards our growing Culinary program. The need to have a strong culinary background, passion for the art of cooking and a flexible schedule is crucial to ongoing success in our industry.

Requirements

  • High school education or GED equivalent.
  • Two years of experience in food services/operations within healthcare, education, dining, or related field required.
  • ServSafe certification required.

Nice To Haves

  • One year of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises daily dietary services operations, including planning, preparation, serving, distribution, and sanitation activities on assigned shift.
  • Serves as resource to staff, communicates processes and procedures, and facilitates appropriate training.
