Introduction: This is not an 80 hour a week position, we offer salary based on 40 hours. Tuesday through Sunday 3pm to close. Usually around 9:30 and 8 on Sundays. We are seeking a skilled and experienced head Chef to join our team and oversee the operation of our restaurant's kitchen. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared to the highest standards, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Our Chefs are working Chefs, saute is the most likely station, all prep, scheduling and creative specials are up to you. Adhering to our standards are especially important.
