About The Position
Based in Mandurah - Monday to Friday | 6am-3pm No weekends, No Public Holidays, No evenings Dynamic Leadership Opportunity Chartwells are specialists in providing catering and hospitality services in education. Our goal is to provide engaging and nutritious dining solutions tailored to support academic achievement at the highest levels. The Position Plan, supervise, monitor and evaluate the food production and menu-based catering across retail, boarding, functions & events. Successfully manage, mentor and develop both front an back of house teams Deliver to our client's high expectations of a premium experience Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene & allergy awareness controls Building and leveraging positive client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives Manage finances within a budget & maintain efficient operations Ensure contract compliance is met and understanding of the scope of work required (including all OH&S compliance)
Requirements
- 3 years minimum leadership experience is essential
- Cert III or IV Commercial Cookery qualification
- Thorough understanding of allergens and HACCAP
- Experience with full P&L Management, and commercial knowledge
- Strong people management skills & ability to deliver a high standard of customer focused service (this is also a client facing role)
- Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills
Nice To Haves
- Contract management experience (highly regarded)
