The Chef Manager assists the Director in overseeing the Nutrition Services Department. They provide leadership and culinary support to nutrition services team and oversees food production to ensure quality food and food safe practices. Duties include planning menus which comprises scratch cooking, ordering food and supplies, and qualify control.
