This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and an exceptional dining experience.

Requirements

Minimum three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant operations
Strong knowledge of inventory management and purchasing controls
Experience with P&L accountability; contract-managed service experience preferred
Working knowledge of HACCP standards
Current food trend awareness with a focus on quality and cost management

Nice To Haves

ServSafe certification preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee full culinary and food service operations, including inventory, ordering, and receiving
Manage menu development, food purchasing, and cost controls
Monitor and support P&L performance
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, sanitation, and production
Support catering and exposition cooking as needed
Promote sustainability initiatives, including sourcing and utilizing local products
