Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, restaurant, or fine dining
- Strong knowledge of food trends, sustainability practices, and high-volume production
- Experience with exposition-style cooking
- Proficient in purchasing, inventory control, and cost management
- HACCP knowledge required
Nice To Haves
- ServSafe certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee all culinary operations, including ordering, receiving, and inventory management
- Lead menu planning, food production, and cost control with an emphasis on local sourcing and sustainability
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met (HACCP knowledge required)
- Manage budget performance and maintain P&L accountability
- Drive team performance and foster a culture of culinary excellence
- Deliver on catering and event standards with attention to presentation and quality
