The Chef de Partie will supervise and support the culinary team for our employee dining. This position will plan, prepare, and cook food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for our employees. The Chef de Partie will have opportunities to also support banquet operations.

Requirements

  • At least three to five years of cooking experience within the high-end hotel/resort restaurant industry
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A culinary degree
  • A Food & Beverage background

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the culinary team for our employee dining
  • Plan, prepare, and cook food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for our employees
  • Support banquet operations
