The hotel features two distinct restaurants: Austin Taco Project, a lively concept offering creative tacos, colorful craft cocktails, and interactive entertainment including downtown’s only Topgolf Swing Suite; and Cannon + Belle, a modern Texas bistro showcasing farm‑fresh, locally sourced ingredients and elevated comfort dishes in a stylish, inviting setting. As a Chef de Partie, you’ll contribute to these innovative culinary experiences and have the opportunity to be part of a distinguished tradition of hospitality while contributing to unforgettable guest experiences. They excel with working multiple outlets while demonstrating precision, consistency, and a passion food! Prior leadership experience is preferred, bringing mentorship, teamwork, and initiative to the kitchen. Flexibility is key as this role requires someone who can confidently work morning and afternoon shifts while maintaining a positive, collaborative energy that elevates the entire culinary team.
