The resort partners with the Rouxbe Cooking School to provide culinary associates with engaging online training opportunities and a self-paced culinary training curriculum to support career growth. This role is integral to the kitchen operations, focusing on preparing and cooking food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation standards, as well as maintaining food logs and monitoring quality and quantity. Responsibilities also include assisting management with employee development, serving as a role model, and ensuring compliance with company and safety policies, while maintaining professional appearance and protecting company assets. The position requires anticipating and addressing guest service needs and fostering positive working relationships within the team.
